Join us on Saturday, October 28, from 8am to noon.

We will be helping Oakley resident Braxton Booth with his Eagle Scout Project of creating an exciting new perimeter trail at Franson Lane!
The trail will be a non-motorized 1 mile loop in one of the prettiest areas of Oakley. If you haven’t yet seen it, come to at least check out the park.

Directions: turn east onto Weber Canyon at the Road Island Diner. Continue travelling east past New Lane. Franson Lane is the next road on the right. Go to the end of the road, park in the end of the cul-de-sac. The entrance to Franson Park is marked by trail signs on the east side of the cul-de-sac.

Bring your work gloves, pruners, a rake and a friend. Discover this beautiful area which will be a connection to nature for many years to come. And please, forward this on to other friends of open space and trails who would be interested in joinning us.

Please RSVP to this email if you are able to join us. If you can’t RSVP, join us anyway.
